Telekinesis, which is also referred to as psychokinesis, is considered by many to be the most powerful of all psychic powers. This is because it involves being able to use the mind to influence a physical system.

In general, the term telekinesis refers to the ability to move matter, which can be represented through vibration, agitation, lifting, spinning, bending or even breaking an item. There are also three main areas of specialization within telekinesis. These include:
