• Credit Card and Paypal Purchases : We use Paypal to process all credit card transactions.  All transactions will appear as "TELEPASS" on your credit card statement.
• Calls to 1 (900) 561 3099 : Calls to this number will be billed $2.39 per minute and will appear as "TELEMEDIUM" on your next Phone Bill.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, rent or transmit your personal information to anybody.  All consultations are performed privately between you and your psychic.  We collect the minimum information necessary to process the transactions.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will gladly refund the unused minutes which have been paid for.  Please send us an email with your details, date of purchase and PIN Code.  Allow us 2 business days (in Canada) to issue your refund.

Client Agreement

• Client agrees to use this service for entertainment purposes only.
• Client agrees to pay the charges appearing on their Credit Card or Phone Bill and related to the usage of our services.
